Straight forward, easy to operate shearline with high durability for bars from Ø8mm to Ø50mm

  • Heavy duty modular build storage rack with preload table, capacity 5 tons per level
  • Feeding track with heavy duty coated rollers, width 450mm
  • Heavy duty 611 hydraulic cutting machine (22kW) for cutting up to Ø57mm bars (#18)
  • Measuring track with heavy steel kick-off arms spaced at 60cm
  • Collecting boxes with pneumatic operated levers on top provide easy entrance for unloading
